Kraylo is an operations platform for field sales and van-based teams. It brings drivers, stock, sales, collections, banking, weekly reporting and operational exceptions into one connected system, giving managers a clearer view of what is happening across the operation.
Kraylo is designed for organisations running field sales, van sales or distributed operational teams. It can support smaller teams as well as more complex operations with multiple drivers, depots, clients or workspaces.
Yes. You can book a demo and we’ll walk you through the parts of the platform most relevant to your operation, including the driver experience and Mission Control.
Kraylo is currently introduced through a demo rather than a self-service public trial. This allows us to understand your operating model and show the most relevant parts of the platform.
Book a demo with the Kraylo team. We’ll review your operation, demonstrate the platform and agree the most appropriate setup and implementation approach.
Platform and workflows
Drivers use the Kraylo iOS app to complete day-to-day operational tasks such as stock activity, sales, collections, banking and reporting. Managers use the web-based platform to oversee the operation.
Mission Control is the management side of Kraylo. It gives operations teams visibility of orders, collections, stock, banking, weekly reports, driver activity and exceptions in one place.
In many operational workflows, yes. Kraylo is designed to move important operational activity into structured workflows with a clearer record of what happened, who completed it and what still needs attention.
No. The purpose of the demo is to understand how your operation works today and identify where Kraylo can simplify or replace manual processes. The goal is to improve control and visibility without creating unnecessary complexity.

Yes. Kraylo includes structured weekly reporting workflows designed to bring stock, damage, cash and operational reporting into one controlled process.
Workspaces and scale
Yes. Kraylo can be structured around different operational workspaces depending on how your organisation is set up. During the demo we can look at your clients, programmes, regions or depots and recommend the most appropriate structure.
A workspace is a separate operational environment within Kraylo. It can represent a client, depot, region, programme or another operational unit, depending on how your business is organised.
Portfolio Management is designed for organisations operating across multiple workspaces. It provides a higher-level way to manage authorised workspaces, switch between them and gain broader operational visibility from one account.
Yes. Kraylo is designed to scale as your operation grows. Users can be added as your workforce changes, and we can discuss the right model for permanent and more flexible teams.
Yes. You can begin with the parts of Kraylo that fit your current operation and expand users, workspaces and operational capability as your requirements grow.
Plans and commercial model
Kraylo pricing depends on the size and structure of your operation, including the plan, number of users, workspace requirements and any additional operational support you need. We’ll discuss the right commercial setup during your demo.
Different field operations can vary significantly in workforce size, number of workspaces, support requirements and implementation complexity. We prefer to understand your operating model first so we can recommend the right setup rather than forcing every organisation into the same commercial structure.
Success Credits are used for additional customer-success activities such as configuration assistance, training, workflow reviews or other agreed operational support. The level of support available depends on your Kraylo plan.
Kraylo is designed to support different workforce models. During the demo we can discuss how permanent, temporary or flexible field users should be structured within your commercial setup.
Implementation requirements vary depending on the complexity of the operation. We’ll agree the scope and any associated implementation costs before you proceed.
Implementation and onboarding
Implementation depends on the complexity of your operation. A smaller deployment may require relatively little configuration, while larger or multi-workspace environments may need additional setup, data preparation and onboarding.
Implementation typically includes configuring the relevant operational structure, users, workflows and settings, followed by onboarding and validation before wider rollout.

Demo
We’ll discuss your current operation, workforce, clients or workspaces, sales and stock workflows, banking, weekly reporting, existing spreadsheets, reporting requirements and implementation needs. From there, we can recommend the Kraylo setup that best fits your organisation.
You don’t need to prepare anything formal. It helps if you can explain how your field operation works today, including your workforce, clients or depots, current systems, reporting processes and any areas causing operational friction.
Anyone responsible for operations, field teams, sales delivery, stock, finance controls or systems can be useful to involve. For more complex deployments, it can also help to include someone responsible for IT, security or programme delivery.
The demo is 30 minutes. It is long enough to understand your operation and identify the right next steps.
We’ll recommend the most suitable setup, explain any implementation requirements and outline the next steps if you decide to move forward.
