Kraylo Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every user of the Kraylo Services. Customer administrators are responsible for ensuring their authorised users comply with it.

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

• use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively or in a way that infringes another person's rights;
• upload or process data without the necessary authority, notices and lawful basis;
• introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe or bypass security, interfere with another tenant, or use automated means that create unreasonable load;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from the Services except where law cannot exclude that right;
• resell, rent, lease, sublicense or make the Services available to unauthorised third parties;
• use the Services to store or distribute material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise harmful;
• impersonate another person, share account credentials, or permit access outside the customer organisation without our written approval; or
• use the Services for high-risk activity where a failure could reasonably lead to death, serious injury or material environmental harm.

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users or others, or to comply with law. We will normally give notice where practicable, but may act immediately where security or legal risk requires it.
